Refund & Return Policy

At CampusEdge Wear, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with complete confidence. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Our Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition with no marks, stains, or damage, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or WhatsApp order confirmation).

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: items that have been worn, washed, or altered; items damaged due to improper care; sale items marked as Final Sale; and custom-embroidered or personalised items (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp (+92-300-1234567) or email (info@campusedgewear.com).

2. Describe the issue and attach clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return.

3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm eligibility.

4. If approved, we will send you return instructions including our Lahore return address.

5. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if approved a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days. Refund methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer. Cash on delivery orders are refunded via JazzCash or bank transfer.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size (subject to availability). Follow the return process above and specify the size you need. Exchanges are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Return shipping is fully covered by CampusEdge Wear. A replacement or full refund will be issued immediately upon verification. Please contact us on WhatsApp with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
